A4: While our primary focus here is on divorce services, we offer guidance on marital discord and reconciliation within an Islamic framework. We encourage couples to explore avenues for resolution before proceeding with divorce. For comprehensive counseling, we may recommend external qualified marital therapists.  
A4: The duration of counseling varies depending on the specific needs of the couple and the complexity of the issues. Some couples may benefit from a few sessions, while others might require ongoing support. This will be discussed and agreed upon with your counselor.  
A4: Our aim is to provide general, mainstream Islamic teachings applicable across various schools of thought, highlighting commonalities and mentioning differences where relevant for clarity.  
A4: An Islamic Simple Nikah performed by us is a religious ceremony. It is generally not automatically recognized as a legal civil marriage under UK law. For your marriage to be legally recognized and for you to have legal rights and protections in the UK, you must also complete a separate civil marriage ceremony at a registry office or a licensed venue. We strongly advise all couples to pursue a civil marriage.  
A4: The act of accepting Islam itself is free and requires no fee. Our services related to guidance and support for new Muslims may have associated fees depending on the depth and duration of the consultations, which will be clearly communicated upfront.
A4: You will need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (like a smartphone, tablet, or computer), and access to our chosen secure video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). We will provide specific instructions and technical support.
A5: Yes, a "Simple Nikah" can often be performed as an "Online Nikah," combining the ease of a simple ceremony with the convenience of a virtual setting, provided all the necessary Islamic conditions for an online ceremony are met.  
A5: Yes, the two Muslim male witnesses required for the Nikah can participate virtually via the secure video conferencing platform, provided their identity is verified and their presence and clear understanding of the proceedings are established by the Imam.
A5: Yes, we offer secure and confidential online counseling sessions via video conferencing, providing flexibility and accessibility for couples who may be geographically distant or prefer the convenience of virtual meetings.  
A5: We provide resources and guidance on how to perform daily prayers, including practical demonstrations or links to helpful tutorials. We also offer advice on other Islamic practices like fasting, charity, and general conduct.
